We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items, ensuring your Le Chameau pieces are a perfect fit for your wardrobe. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return slip provided in your portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
